As our Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

• you are responsible to plan, coordinate and monitor new product solutions in multidisciplinary project teams for our european business units
• you gather, evaluate and prioritise product and customer insights, and work closely with sales operations, development, key account management, and marketing to create and improve customizable and reusable products for our internal and external customers
• you define and analyse products metrics and reconciling business goals, user needs and implementation efforts to shape requirements, features and products
• you strive to learn processes, methods and tools and to continuously improve them
• you have a “getting things done” attitude in order to achieve fast results with high quality and always have the big picture in view
• you have the opportunity to work full- or part-time (30 to 40 hours per week) directly in our office in Berlin or remote with designated in office team days

What we look for

• at least 3 years or more experience in agile and lean product management ideally with experience in insurance or finance business
• the ability to build strong relationships within a cross-functional team and beyond
• a structured, organised and results-oriented mindset and the ability to balance and prioritise multiple projects while sticking to realistic goals and timelines
• familiarity with agile methods and data driven decision making
• a team player and highly motivated to learn
• a level C1 or native speaker in German and English
