Clark is looking for an experienced B2B digital marketer with demonstrated success in lead generation to drive demand, grow pipeline, and nurture prospects.  You should have a strong grasp of current B2B marketing tools and strategies, and be able to plan and execute integrated inbound marketing campaigns. This person will work with the marketing team and supporting teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget, in line with aggressive user acquisition goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated lead generation campaigns, including:
    • Email
    • Landing pages
    • Paid advertising
    • Retargeting
    • Social media
  • Drive new channel traction tests
  • Assist with the strategy and execution of new lead nurture streams
  • Develop ongoing SEO strategy

 

Skills:

  • 3-5 years experience in demand generation within a B2B marketing team or agency
  • Ability to develop lead gen campaigns, nurture streams, and scoring models based on B2B best practices
  • Hands-on experience building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns on paid advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and LinkedIn
  • Understanding of and experience accelerating each stage of the marketing funnel with an emphasis on SMBs
  • Able to create a demand gen budget based on expressed business goals
  • Trained on Mailchimp, Unbounce, Outreach, Salesforce or similar tools
  • Proven data-driven decision maker and ability to set, achieve and report on OKRs
  • Experience working in or for an early-stage business ideal
