How will you help us make an impact? 👩💻👨💻
Reporting to the Director, Professional Services this role will oversee and/or initiate solution direction for Clariti partner implementations by supporting or leading technical discovery and analysis workshops, recommending strategy and proposed architecture, providing direction for 3rd party integration approach, specifications and testing practices, providing direction for data conversion and supporting the partner in data conversion activities. The Delivery Architect will also contribute to driving efficiencies for future implementations, identifying and developing processes or tools to implement more quickly with a high degree of quality, train junior staff members and interact with product management and development teams.
We are seeking an individual with strong Salesforce administrative/developer experience and/or domain knowledge in the land management and licensing regulatory industry for both state and regional governments. You should be comfortable and confident in administration and development on Salesforce, can maximize existing functionality of the Salesforce platform and build business applications, troubleshoot issues, and support existing implementations. In addition, you will leverage strong technical knowledge and skills to support 3rd party integrations via the Salesforce APIs and authentication methods. You are also familiar with data conversion processes and recommended tools (ETL, data loaders, etc.).
As a Delivery Architect at Clariti, you’ll get to :
- Provides architecture leadership & subject matter expertise to delivery teams focusing on complex & innovative solutions.
- Sets architectural direction, builds consensus, mediates conflicts providing technical leadership and consulting services to the business.
- Provides solution architecture development, consultancy, and assurance to projects, making sure the clients solutions are well designed and conform to Clariti’s features and architecture.
- Support and guide the architecture of Clariti solutions being developed and implemented until the successful deployment of the solution.
- Serve as the senior architectural lead on implementation projects, to include analysis and discovery sessions, business process design, requirements validation, integration design and data migration planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to the development of products, tools, assets, and processes that streamline the delivery of the Clariti Enterprise solution with improved quality.
- Provide best practices guidance and recommendations for the deployment of configuration data, meta data, and code between lower and higher level environments during the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain collaborative communication with customers, partners, and internal teams to overcome challenges and ensure design objectives are met.
- Identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific software design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, process, configuration and other relevant changes.
- Collaborate on the development of, and validate the content of, technical specification documents for custom development and integrations.
- Contribute to the development of best practices to enhance methods and quality of delivered outcomes for our customers.
- General understanding of, or willingness to learn, the state and regional government processes for land management and licensing to support community development implementation.
- Ability to organize, communicate and articulate the solution to the customer and implementation team.
- Develop relationships across the company to advocate for the best customer experience and product as possible.
- Inspire teamwork and create and sustain a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Clariti Product Management Team in the validation of product releases.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce and Clariti product release information and contribute to the enablement of Clariti Professional Services team members.
- Ability to be successful in a remote environment and maintain a professional remote workspace.
- Keep up to date on administrative tasks such as documenting client issues, communicating agendas, submitting trip reports, timesheets and weekly expense reports, and updating systems-related client activity.
What do you bring to the team? 🧠
- Four-year college degree or comparable work experience, technology related
- 3-5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce.com platform
- Salesforce.com Admin, Advance Admin, and Developer Certifications
- Detailed knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities
- Experience integrating 3rd party applications into Salesforce APIs
- Understanding of data and data migration methodologies
- Familiarity with Salesforce CLI plugins and Salesforce DevOps Center, or equivalent solutions
- Able to work within time constraints when necessary
- 3-5 years of experience leading implementations with clients or working with system integration partners
- Experience working in an Agile or “modified-Agile” environment
- Able to travel within the United States and Canada as needed

- Other Cloud certifications a plus
- Technical skills supporting integration via Rest API, setting up SSO with OKTA or Azure AD
- Expert understanding of solution architecture
- Expert understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging cloud trends, and deployment options within Clariti’s solutions
- End to end implementation experience with the SFDC platform.
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
- Abile to assure the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools in Microsoft Visio and Excel

💰 The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $116,000-$170,000 based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications while considering internal pay equity and our broader pay philosophy. 💰
