How will you help us make an impact? 👩💻👨💻
We're seeking exceptional engineers who can bridge the gap between Salesforce's capabilities and our ambitious platform vision. This isn't a traditional Salesforce role - we're looking for engineers who can both master Salesforce's constraints and break free from them when needed.
You will be at the forefront of building government technology that can reach 100 + million US and CND citizens. You will have the opportunity to work in a niche role that allows you to build on the OM platform, without being confided in Salesforce. You won’t be stuck on regular accounts but will be building custom applications on the salesforce platform. It’s a unique opportunity that allows for personal and professional growth!
Reporting to Malick Ndiaye , the Senior Salesforce Engineer will play a key role in supporting large-scale initiatives that have a complex set of features, such as the most recently announced enterprise project of the City of LA. In the day to day, you will lead technical design discussions, mentor our junior team members and delegate tasks to ensure projects are meeting significant milestones. You will be responsible for implementing best practices, optimize application performance and ensure scalability for enterprise-level deployments. You’ll also be willing to roll up your sleeves, try new processes, provide feedback and support the team through change.
