Clariti’s government software helps North America’s largest and fastest growing communities deliver exceptional community development, permitting, and licensing experiences online. Every day, our solutions help governments approve more permits for new homes, business licenses for entrepreneurs, and professional licenses for essential workers. 

As of 2023, following Clariti’s acquisition of Camino Technologies, a leading permitting and licensing software company serving small and mid-sized governments, our software is used by over 150 million people each day.

What will you work on?

Reporting to the EVP, Customer Experience, the Client Partner will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and implementation, ensuring a seamless experience for Clariti’s clients. Their primary responsibility will be to set accurate expectations with customers during the sales cycle, representing the Customer Experience within the Sales team.

As a Client Partner at Clariti, you’ll get to :

  • Drive thoughtful, strategic and enterprise-level strategy for our most ambitious customers
  • Facilitate qualification, deal cycle participation, account reviews and value assessments
  • Accountable for Services bookings, revenue, margin, CSAT, and value delivered, as well as supporting the license sales team drive software bookings.
  • Enable smooth transition and partnership into our delivery team with effective margins, staffing plans, and implementation approach.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers to accelerate value and improve customer outcomes
  • Serve as a key SME, leader, and services consultant to our sales teams
  • Serve as the liaison between internal and external teams
  • Compensation will be based on supporting the Business Development Executive close the software booking and attaching the right set of services to support the SI partner in priming the implementation. At Clariti, we are focused on customer success. It is about attaching the right services for the customer and the partner, instead of an arbitrary services quota.

What you bring to the team?

  • Degree or equivalent confirmed experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role
  • 6+ years of experience owning or leading a book-of-business
  • 8+ years of experience working within a consulting landscape
  • Experience selling professional services related to digital transformation
  • Experience driving a strategic motion, including value propositions, execution planning, teaming and outcomes-based engagements
  • Capable of building assets from scratch including sales and strategy solutions
  • Experience with procurement leads to settle pricing and deal strategy
  • Skilled in maneuvering and working with the C-Suite during a strategy cycle
  • Background in delivering critical initiatives and/or programs for a firm-based model or product company
