We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team in Colombia. This person will be responsible for owning and driving the commercial strategy to close the largest companies in the country, focusing on those listed in the Supersociedades Top 1,000. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic enterprise selling, partnership collaboration, and in-person representation at key industry events
What You’ll Do
- Drive high-impact enterprise sales: Identify, engage, and close deals with the top companies in Colombia, focusing on strategic, long-term relationships.
- Manage strategic partnerships: Collaborate with the partnerships team to unlock commercial opportunities and co-sell when needed.
- Be the face of the company at major events: Attend and represent the company at Colombia’s top business and tech events, forums, and summits.
- Own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and qualifying to negotiation and closing—this role is for a closer.
- Understand the pain points and needs of large enterprises to craft tailored value propositions.
- Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of closing large complex deals with C-level executives.
- Strong network within Colombia’s corporate landscape—especially companies on the Supersociedades 1,000 list.
- Comfortable navigating partnerships and channel dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Self-starter with high ownership, energy, and autonomy.
