Responsibilities:
  • Lead all revenue-generating partnerships in Colombia & México.
  • Develop a partnership program for the country from scratch.
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to the partnership business in Colombia & México.
  • Scout and identify potential partnership opportunities that fit Clara's business needs and prioritize leads.
  • Develop partnerships into a key revenue-generating channel.
  • Negotiate attractive partnership deals and ensure mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy.
  • Develop new and existing high potential customers and lead new channels to market through partnerships.
  • Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners.
  • Develop and track key sales metrics from the partnership channel; forecast, measure, and report the results.
  • Partner with Growth, Data, Marketing, and Product to make partnerships work and flourish.
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally.
Our requirements for this position are:
  • Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-6 years of professional experience in sales, partnership, business development, key account management, or similar commercial roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing commercial agreements; Prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions.
  • Highly goal-oriented, assertive, and a hands-on, problem-solver.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Hubspot).
  • Fluent in English (portuguese is a plus)
