We are looking for a Onboarding Lead who will:

  • Own the credit application process - Review customer credit applications and agree on credit lines, assess risk and determine appropriate credit limits for both new and existing customers to utilize Clara cards.
  • Monitor Clara's portfolio - Monitor and evaluate the performance of Clara's portfolio, ensuring that customers are meeting their risk and legal obligations. Take proactive actions, leveraging data insights, to mitigate risk effectively
  • Define policies and procedures - Alongside senior leadership, you will support in setting up new underwriting processes and operational policies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and own high-impact projects - Drive the development and growth of the team, assuming high responsibility for shaping and executing strategic initiatives to enhance team performance.
  • Provide an excellent stakeholder experience - Actively engage with senior and management level stakeholders to support in the agreement on new policies, risk appetite, future product development and sales relationship.

Our requirements for this position are:

  • 5+ years working in the financial sector in Onboarding department or middle office departments.
  • 2+ years of experience with team leadership.
  • Proven experience leading mass onboarding processes (e. g. hundreds of cases per day), preferably with a financial/credit product.
  • English professional proficiency (B2+).
  • People management skills.
  • Experience working in fintechs in LATAM a big plus.
