We are looking for an Collection Analyst who will:
- Identify customers in unpaid status or default.
- Manage the early collection telephone campaign.
- Report the recovery balance through the established internal communication channels.
- Manage and control the platforms for the monitoring and control of payments.
- It will be the direct communication channel between internal areas and customer service.
Our requirements for this position are:
- Previous experience in early collection.
- Knowledge and management of portfolio of clients in arrears.
- Management of databases for payment control.
- Knowledge and use of tools such as excel and sql.
