Who you are

You are a strategic storyteller and content creator who knows how to craft narratives that drive engagement and influence. You understand that content isn’t just about filling space—it’s about building authority, driving demand, and creating meaningful connections with your audience. You are not only an expert in content strategy and execution but also have a deep understanding of how to educate and engage audiences to fuel partnership growth, user adoption, and community building.

What you’ll do

  • Content Strategy and Thought Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that positions Clair as the leading expert on embedded Earned Wage Access (EWA) and workforce financial wellness. Create a content roadmap aligned with Clair’s business goals, focusing on thought leadership, market education, and nurturing partner relationships.
  • Content Creation and Distribution: Produce high-quality content across multiple formats, including whitepapers, blog posts, eBooks, webinars, video scripts, and case studies. Collaborate with PR & Demand Gen to optimize content distribution strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to reach targeted audiences and maximize impact.
  • Partnership Enablement and Engagement: Develop campaigns with the design team to create high-quality, evergreen  content that helps partners understand and effectively promote Clair’s embedded EWA solutions, driving successful go-to-market strategies. Collaborate closely with the partnership and sales teams to align content with their needs and deliver resources that fuel partner engagement and growth.
  • Financial Literacy and User Engagement: Develop and execute content initiatives that focus on financial literacy, helping users gain valuable knowledge and skills to better manage their earnings. Leverage educational content to drive organic referrals, boost user retention, and lay the foundation for building a vibrant user community.

Required Experience/Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B, fintech, or SaaS environments. Proven track record in designing content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes and position brands as industry thought leaders.
  • Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling content tailored to various audiences and platforms. Proficiency with content management systems, SEO tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Webflow, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
  • Mindset: A strategic thinker who can see the big picture while executing with precision and creativity. Passionate about financial literacy and eager to create content that empowers and educates users.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously and deliver on deadlines.

Location: This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office three days a week.#LI-Hybrid

Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $115,000 - $125,000. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair’s competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. Performance-based variable compensation tied to won deals and user reach will be a significant part of the total compensation.The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
