Location: This position will be based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX but required to travel extensively.
Carpet Cleaning Technician
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Civitas Senior Living to provide a variety of services (Carpet, Tile and Grout, Wood Flooring, Marble and Stone), Upholstery, etc.
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of carpet cleaning techniques, including but not limited to: floor cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, chemical use, and other specialized cleaning methods.
Clean carpets using commercial floor finishing products and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance on carpeted and other floor areas such as cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
Maintain a clean work area at all times.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Pass a background check
- Speak/write English
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more on occasion.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail required.
