Due to the uncertainty of COVID-19, all Civis offices are closed and all employees are remote for the foreseeable future. This is being closely monitored as things change and it’s likely our offices will reopen. Because of this uncertainty, we want to ensure candidates for this role are open to potentially relocating to one of our offices in the future.
What we are looking for/Responsibilities
- Experience running IT onboarding sessions for new employees
- Experience with a support ticketing system
- Experience with providing account support for GSuite, Okta, Jira, Confluence
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of IT Security best practices
- Experience serving as the first point of contact for employees' IT needs
- 1+ years of IT support experience with an emphasis on macOS support
- Passion for improving your coworker’s IT experience at Civis Analytics
- Excellent customer service skills and sense of humor
- US work authorization
