What we are looking for

The world of survey research is going through tectonic transformations today. The traditional method of measurement (random sampling using telephone survey) became obsolete yet the industry struggles to define the research method adopted to this era. Civis is a leader in this movement to create a new practice of measurement. We believe business, political campaigns, the government of all levels need a cost-efficient and unbiased method of measuring public opinions to aid their decision-making.

We are seeking a lead for our Survey Research products who will be responsible for the Civis research offering across three major areas.

The first area is the enhancement of online sampling software to reach a representative set of audience in a fast and scalable manner. The second is the measurement of opinions via survey interview software, both in-house and external. The third is building a delivery mechanism of the result -- integration with the rest of Civis software to enable clients to apply insights from the research into action!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Because we do business with the government, we must reach out to, hire, and provide equal opportunity to qualified people with disabilities1. To help us measure how well we are doing, we are asking you to tell us if you have a disability or if you ever had a disability. Completing this form is voluntary, but we hope that you will choose to fill it out. If you are applying for a job, any answer you give will be kept private and will not be used against you in any way.

If you already work for us, your answer will not be used against you in any way. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we are required to ask all of our employees to update their information every five years. You may voluntarily self-identify as having a disability on this form without fear of any punishment because you did not identify as having a disability earlier.

How do I know if I have a disability?
