We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Account Executive. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle. This is a great opportunity to help develop and scale a revenue organization from the early stages. This is a green field opportunity without an assigned territory. We need an all around contributor that will shape the future of the sales organization at Civic Eagle. What you will do:


  • Run the full sales cycle for multiple verticals and segments within our ideal client profile. 
  • Deliver compelling messaging to prospective clients that resonates and engages with their current challenges.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Accurately forecast client and revenue numbers for a given timeframe. 
  • Ability to contribute across the business and do “whatever is needed” for success
  • Effectively manage late stage processes with negotiation, procurement, and legal stakeholders.

Business Development

  • Drive new business opportunities via cold outbound outreach as well as respond to inbound requests. 
  • Attend conferences and regional meetings to build relationships for future business. 
  • Work with current and potential partners to assist in larger scale opportunities for yourself and the larger team.

The right person for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline
  • Demonstrates excellence in time management. The role will require wearing a lot of different hats. The ideal candidate will be able to balance multiple initiatives at once. 
  • Experience in all phases of the sales cycle. Can manage top of funnel activities simultaneously with mid and end of funnel functions.
  • Can deliver an interesting and effective demonstration of a SaaS product. 
  • Can flip between a commercial deal and an enterprise deal within the same day.
  • Experience in working within multiple verticals and lead sources, and the ability to deliver a unique and compelling message to each segment. 
  • Experience with various SaaS sales tech (Salesforce,Salesloft, etc.)
  • Experience in meeting a seven figure plus ARR quota.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • $75,000-$90,000 salary dependent upon location and experience
  • Uncapped commissions in addition to base salary dependent upon performance
