A Pool Attendant job is available with The City of Fort Worth Park & Recreation Department - Aquatics Division. The Park & Recreation Department is recruiting for Pool Attendants for the Summer Season!

Position is required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be 16 years or older by May 1, 2021. This is an entry level position.

This Position qualifies for the following incentives which is separate from the base pay:

Completion of Assignment Pay. You can earn up to a $200 incentive pay, which is based on the amount of days worked while on assignment.

The Pool Attendant job responsibilities include:

Operate cash register
Responsible for all point of sales transactions at the pool
Provide exceptional customer service
Clean facility and grounds
Stock restrooms
Help guards and managers enforce pool rules
Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

Cash handling or retail sales experience
Janitorial experience
Previous experience in customer service

Conditions of Employment

Candidates who do not meet the Education requirement, may be considered if they have more relevant work experience than the position requires. Those selected for employment will be required to pass Pre-Employment checks depending on the position requirements. Those could include, but are not limited to: criminal background check, drug screen, education verification, etc. Criminal convictions will be considered on a case by case basis.
