About the Role

As a Technical Sourcer, you will find qualified candidates for the engineering, product, design and data science teams, working directly with our Senior Technical Recruiters and Director of Talent Acquisition. You will design data-driven sourcing strategies for attracting and engaging top tech talent with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion.

We are looking for someone who has experience sourcing for technical roles and has designed sourcing strategies for technical teams across multiple disciplines. To be successful, you will balance long & short-term strategies, applying best practices and continually iterating to meet business objectives.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Partner with Technical Recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization
  • Build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
  • Source and identify passive candidates to build a pipeline of high potential talent
  • Build relationships with candidates and guide them through the process
  • Track data to ensure you’re investing in sources with the highest ROI
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Coordinators to manage an efficient model of operation

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience sourcing technical talent in an in-house, search firm or agency environment
  • Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
  • Characteristics of being a self-directed, independent executor with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in ambiguity
  • Experience building trusted relationships with key stakeholders; adopting a sense of urgency with candidate management in order to meet hiring managers’ needs
  • Operationally savvy and quick to learn and adopt new technologies and processes
  • Experience using Greenhouse (or another ATS), Google Suite, Slack, Gem

Salary Range & Benefits:

The below represents the expected salary range for this position in New York, New York. We take a number of factors into account when determining compensation including your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Salary Range: $95,000 to $175,000 annually + equity + benefits
