This role will align with our Distribution Partners, which includes companies like Web3 and Web2 Wallets, Neobanks, Fintech Application, Investment Platforms, Remittance and Cross-Border Payments Platforms, and NGOs. This role in particular will be mapped to our partners in the LATAM region with a heavy focus on Brazil and Mexico. Local language capabilities are a requirement.

You will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for the activation, growth, and success of partner engagements. Your role will focus on developing co-marketing campaigns and consulting our partners on how to best market Circle products to their customers. You will directly collaborate with each partner on marketing strategy, content development, PR and comms, product messaging and positioning, and campaign performance data and reporting.

  • Create and manage partner marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop educational resources for our partners, including framework and process docs, and product overview materials.
  • Measure, analyze and report on the results of partner marketing campaigns
  • Travel in-region to meet with strategic partners and participate in local ecosystem events with our partners. Given the local marketing focus, you will grow into a local influencer evangelizing our partnerships and products in the LATAM region.

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • Expertise: Deep knowledge of web3, blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and growth marketing.
  • Campaign Prowess: Proven experience with campaign management and execution, including developing marketing collateral from the ground up.
  • Self-Starter: Highly independent and motivated to dive deep into the tech and learn.
