What you’ll be responsible for:

Circle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Campaigns Manager based in the United States who will strategize and execute our global marketing initiatives spanning multiple audiences, channels, and geographies. This person will play a pivotal role in driving the international marketing strategy and expanding the global footprint of our brand and products. This position requires a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of diverse markets, and a passion for developing innovative marketing initiatives. From influencer marketing to performance marketing, the Senior Global Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional teams executing targeted initiatives to engage audiences worldwide. This role will shape the marketing roadmap for Circle's growth in key target countries by conducting market research, overseeing localization efforts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. 

What you'll work on:

  • Influencer Marketing: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reach target audiences globally. Plan and execute media buying strategies to optimize reach and engagement in key target markets.
  • Country-Specific Marketing Strategy Development: Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Localization & Translation: Oversee the localization and translation of marketing materials to ensure cultural relevance and effective communication in different regions.
  • Market Research: Conduct country-specific research to identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and other teams to align marketing efforts and drive business growth globally.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of our global marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for continuous improvement. outcomes, and identified opportunities.
  • Performance Marketing: Drive performance marketing initiatives across different channels to increase customer acquisition and retention.

What you’ll bring to Circle:

  • 12+ years of experience in Global Marketing, B2B Influencer Marketing, or Partner Marketing preferred.
  • Expertise in B2B campaign & B2B2C design and deployment, message development & results analysis, and reporting at a global scale.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing in diverse markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to credibly engage with cross-functional leaders to drive results. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ownership and accountability of multi-channel in market initiatives and programs. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, listening, and written communication.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex business environments and driving efficient and effective execution. 
  • Experience/familiarity with 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite preferred. 
  • An appetite for work travel.
  • Fluency in oral and written English. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500

Annual Bonus Target: 17.5%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
