As a Fleet Manager - Copenhagen (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the performance and maintenance planning of our scooters in the cities ensuring a seamless experience for riders and their communities. You will plan, execute and monitor the deployment, rebalancing and recovering of our vehicles, ensuring our fleet is always healthy and scooters are nearby where needed. 


  • Analyze operational scenarios to enable world-class fleet operations within your city
  • Oversee teams of drivers and dispatchers responsible for monitoring, rebalancing, and maintaining our vehicles in the field
  • Engage in the design and planning of Copenhagen and assign daily activities to optimize fleet performance
  • Collect business requirements and define KPIs
  • Track and monitor fleet metrics using internal tools to ensure the delivery of KPIs
  • Communicate with key players (e.g. transport companies, public authorities) on operational issues, handle escalations, and notify the City Manager of high need situations
  • Recruit, onboard, train and lead a team of drivers and dispatchers working 24/7
  • Plan and manage shift schedules


We are flexible with requirements for this crucial for us role, but general must-haves are below. 

  • Around 1-5+ years of experience in supply chain, operational or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • First experience in an analytical field using data to facilitate business decisions
  • Previous experience(s) with hiring and leading teams 
  • You speak Danish and English fluently
  • You are challenge oriented, self-starter, and flexible.
  • You are eager to learn and willing to take on ownership while showing a “can-do” attitude.
