As a Fleet Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the performance and maintenance planning of our scooters in the Nordic cities, ensuring a seamless experience for riders and their communities. You will lead analysis on local monitoring, rebalancing and recovering of vehicles, ensuring scooters are always nearby where needed. This role directly impacts the optimal use for our riders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational scenarios to enable world-class fleet operations within the Nordics region
  • In the initial phases of launch, you’re the hands-on lead of Fleet management in our key pilot cities. As we scale in the region you will train local (city) leads to manage their fleets and technicians.
  • Oversee teams of Fleet Technicians responsible for monitoring, rebalancing, and maintaining our vehicles in the field.
  • Engage in the design and planning of new cities and assign daily activities within each to optimize fleet performance.
  • Collect business requirements and define KPIs.
  • Track and monitor fleet metrics using internal tools to ensure the delivery of KPIs.
  • Present reports that list historical performance and provide insight into future trends.
  • Communicate with key players on operational issues, handle escalations, and notify managers of high need situations. 

Your Requirements

  • Degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management or work experience in relevant fields.
  • First experience in an analytical field using data to facilitate business decisions, high growth technology (start-up) and/or strategy consulting. 
  • Strong background in, or comfort with, statistical concepts.
  • You are challenge-oriented, self-starter, and flexible.
  • You are eager to learn and willing to take on ownership while radiating positivity and showing a “can-do” attitude.
  • You have a passion for sustainability and/or transportation.
  • You are fascinated by demographic changes, consumer behavior, and love diving deep into details to ensure high-quality results.
  • You have a general computer aptitude and working knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of other statistical analysis tools a bonus
  • You possess excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluent in a local Nordics language, strong knowledge of English.
