Overall Job Summary:

CipherHealth is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist. This person will work with our team to drive the talent acquisition process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role is ideal for someone looking for a fast-paced environment focused on attracting great talent to enable a rapidly growing category-leading company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment over a portfolio of open roles 
  • Sourcing of candidates for a variety of roles across the organization such as sales, customer success, professional services, software engineering, marketing, finance
  • Management of external recruiting resources
  • Conduct  phone and in-person  interviews  
  • Interview logistics coordination - schedules, travel, expense management, etc.
  • Offer process management - including salary negotiation and close
  • Generation of candidate pipeline and recruitment activity reports 
  • Shared responsibility for creation and maintenance of all company  job descriptions
  • Overall leadership for recruitment software used by all involved in process
  • Assist with ad hoc projects within HR team 

Must Have:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience required 
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles in software companies is strongly preferred
  • Strong candidate engagement and closing skills required
  • Organized, detail-orientation
  • Self-starter and team player who is able to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • Must be high energy, assertive, proactive, and willing to take initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with ATS software - Greenhouse currently in use
  • A thirst for knowledge
