Built by a team of enterprise security veterans, Cider’s platform addresses one of the major gaps which exist in the security realm today through bridging the growing gaps between Security and Engineering.
Cider uses an advanced and unique method of observability over CI/CD systems and processes, which allows providing any organization a tailored set of controls and solutions to optimize security.

Since our journey began late in 2020, We’ve experienced rapid growth and have built an amazing team that enables us to aim high and build something truly revolutionary. But - the potential is endless and the best is yet to come - which is why we are searching for our first Head of Global Talent Acquisition to support us in our rapid growth and help us make our hiring processes the most efficient, accurate and enjoyable as can be.

We’re already operating in Israel, USA and Ukraine, and keep expanding.



  • Be a strategic partner to the management as the go-to person for all talent acquisition matters
  • Shaping and managing the hiring processes to support our rapid growth, with your high standards, creativity and mentoring skills
  • Building to most awesome global Talent Acquisition team in the industry
  • Build our employer brand and work closely with the marketing to ‘tell our story’ on social media
  • Learn and improve the team’s activity overtime with measurement and reports
  • This role has a lot of freedom and places to expand, we’re looking for someone with super-high motivation, to use this space wisely 



  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition roles in hyper-growth companies
  • 2+ years of demonstrated success leading top-performing talent teams 
  • Highly effective communication skills both in Hebrew and English (written & spoken)
  • Have a solid agenda to hiring methods, measurements and candidates’ experience
  • Be data-driven: measure our performance and learn constantly how we can improve to achieve our ambitious goals
  • Demonstrating creativity in creating and expanding pipelines, by unlocking new channels
  • Be a mentor by heart and bring excellent leadership and influencing skills
  • People person with great teamwork and a can-do attitude
  • Independent, self-monitored with good multitasking and prioritization skills
