But - the potential is endless and the best is yet to come - which is why we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us and support our R&D and business departments in the expected growth and help us keep the special DNA we already have.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the hiring processes from A-Z, including conducting in-depth HR interviews 
  • Become a strategic partner to the hiring managers, guide them through the process and help them build the best teams
  • Build and expand the talent pipelines for current and future jobs, using your creativity and a variety of sourcing channels
  • Take an active part in building our employer brand and help set the foundations of it with our Marketing team
  • Learn and improve our processes and performance with time, by using data to measure our success

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end in the hi-tech industry and R&D positions
  • Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
  • Proven experience conducting in-depth HR interviews 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills both in Hebrew and English
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
  • Independent, self-monitored with good multitasking and prioritization skills
