JOB SUMMARY:

The Human Resources Associate at Christ Fellowship has a primary focus of HR systems administration. This role serves our staff by ensuring all HR systems have accurate and up-to-date employment and payroll information. This position reports to the HR Systems Administrator and Analyst and provides exceptional human resources service to more than 400 employees across multiple campus locations. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Gathers, prepares and inputs employee and payroll data to produce accurate and timely payroll runs 
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date org chart, employee files and employee data in HR systems
  • Oversees automated employment verification program
  • Files and manages workers' compensation claims
  • Performs monthly audits of insurance plans, ACA, and EEOC 
  • Provides payroll and benefits training to new hires as needed  

EDUCATION:

Associates Degree

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

1-3 years
