JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the care and upkeep of all buildings and grounds on our Trinity Campus location in Palm Beach Gardens.  The position performs maintenance tasks along with supervising, housekeeping services, grounds teams, and other vendors.  This position reports directly to the Director of Facilities.  The Facilities Manager is a hands-on position that performs maintenance while supporting the needs of Christ Fellowship ministries and Trinity Christian School.  This is a salary position requiring the availability to work flexible hours and days and includes nights, weekends and holidays.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Respond to service and maintenance requests using the Work Order program 
  • Safely operate vehicles, tools and equipment
  • Oversee all custodial, grounds, security, mechanical and facility needs
  • Be responsible for facility budgets
  • Communicate well with contractors and vendors
  • Inspect and be aware of conditions of buildings
  • Maintain order and safety for all working areas
  • Special projects as assigned by the Director of Facilities
  • Support and enforce all CF policies, OSHA regulations and CF CORE values
  • Assist with response to all emergencies and alarm calls
  • Commit to a life that reflects the CF Core Values
  • Train, support and lead facilities Dream Team
  • Be responsible for facility budgets

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma

CERTIFICATION OR LICENSES:

FL Driver's License

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE:

5+ years
