Successful growth needs strong support for the operations team. You will be the backbone of our Vendor Partnership Management team, managing internal as well as external requests ranging from data entry, information gathering via phone & keeping an overview of the DACH supplier landscape and their administrative specifications.

Location: Berlin (our HQ) // Type of contract: Permanent // German fluency required

What you’ll do: 

  • Organize tasks of vendor partnership management and support by creating and solving tickets and ensure accurate reporting
  • Own the ticket backlog and understand required actions for each case type
  • Get in touch with vendors to request information for our operations team
  • Manage Salesforce with up to date client data
  • Respond to requests from our vendor user base directly via e-mail and phone
  • Contribute to the improvement of product features and internal processes

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication in written and spoken form. You manage queries our vendor user base with a high service level mindset and know-how to communicate internally with business & technical stakeholders
  • Excel Skills. Good Excel skills (BASIC Calculations, VLOOKUP)
  • Meticulosity. Excellent attention to detail and passion to solve problems
  • Autonomy. You are a fast learner and have a can-do attitude and like to take ownership beyond the obvious.
  • Structure. Highly Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • German native & Good English skills. Spoken and written.
