🍫  Choco just completed it's Series B round of funding (at $100 M!!) and we are looking to continue on our growth trajectory.  We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who will focus on finding the best talent for our Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Marketing teams.  This is a dynamic role where you will work with a number of key stakeholders to ensure that departments are able to support the growth of the organization.🍫

Our Team


Choco is hiring a Corporate Recruiter that will be responsible for a wide spectrum of roles that sit under a number of departments at Choco.  The individual will be a key figure in Choco's support teams and their growth as we look to scale our organization.  We're looking for someone who has experience with full lifecycle recruitment across a number of roles and enjoys working in a crossfuntional manner to partner closely with the business.


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role working for a hyper growth/fast paced company.  Start up experience is preferred as we move quickly and speed is important to our success.
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition: someone who cares about candidate experience, stakeholder management, sourcing and creating and developing pipelines for future roles.
  • Previous experience with building and maintaining pipelines for roles across HR, Finance, Legal and Marketing
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and define the hiring process
  • Sourcing, screening and processing candidates through the interview process while providing top candidate experience
