Our Team

Description:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is a key part of the team that will focus on providing top level/white glove candidate experience as well as supporting the recruitment team from an administrative stand point (crafting JD's, maintaining systems, etc).  This individual will be a crucial figure in Choco's growth in Berlin and will have a massive impact on Choco's development.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage advertising vendors/associations and online resources to recruit from multiple talent sources
  • Takes ownership over the candidate experience to ensure the best experience for all individuals regardless of outcome
  • Responsible for coordinating and maintaining onsite interviews for candidates
  • Participating and running Campus Recruitment events
  • Maintaining Greenhouse so that all data and processes are 100% accurate
  • Supporting Talent Acquisition Managers by providing data and analytics on their roles
