🍫 Following our recent $100million Series B round this summer we are looking for a driven professional to lead & scale our buyer sales team across Spain & Portugal. With your highly energetic personality and excellent communication and organization skills, you will be responsible for anything that ranges from building a high performing team, creating KPIs and metrics, sharing data insights and best practices with the regional and global teams 🍫



  • You will take ownership for hiring, building and scaling our sales teams to unprecedented levels. We will look to you to propose, execute and develop localized growth plans at record speed and build an unstoppable growth machine.
  • You will build and manage every department related to Restaurant Acquisition: you will set ambitious targets, and structure the team accordingly with Inside Sales, Field Sales, City Management, etc.
  • Lead our expansion efforts across Spain & Portugal (30 city launches in 9 months)
  • You will have oversight and responsibility for the performance, training and management of your sales team in the entire country (50+ people).
  • You will need to create layers of leadership and management in order to streamline communication and performance to the top.
  • Take responsibility for the growth and development of your team by training, coaching, mentoring, and leading performance reviews.
  • Build out new processes and introduce workflows to help our sales teams outperform their targets. E.g. playbooks, SF automatisation.



  • Native or C2 Spanish Speaking ability.
  • At least 3 years experience leading & scaling successful sales teams in the past. Previous experience in a high growth environment is preferred.
  • You have a strong interest in the digitization of the Spanish food industry, have the ability to relate to restaurants day-to-day workflows and pain points, and are passionate to transform the industry with us.
  • Deep understanding of Sales KPIs & how to positively influence them
  • Ability to communicate ambitious targets, motivate a team and create an environment of inclusivity and knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to close large restaurant chain deals yourself or at least support your team to do so themselves.
  • You have a deep motivation for developing your team & helping them reach their personal goals.
  • You are data driven and have experience working with data analytic tools.
