Summary

🍫 Choco is the leading ordering app for restaurants and suppliers across Europe and the US. Based in Paris we are looking for a Head of Sales to grow, develop, scale and commercialize our sales team across France. 🍫

 

In this role, you will:

- You will take ownership for hiring, building and scaling our sales teams to unprecedented levels. We will look to you to propose, execute and develop localized growth plans at record speed and build an unstoppable growth machine.

- You will have oversight and responsibility for the performance, training and management of your sales team on the entire country (30+ people)

- You will build and manage every department related to Restaurant Acquisition : you will set ambitious targets, and structure the team accordingly with Inside Sales, Field Sales, City Management, etc.

- You will need to create lawyers of leadership and management in order to streamline communication and performance to the top.

 

 

Requirements:

- Native or C1 French Speaking ability

- At least 4 years experience in partnerships, sales, account management or business development team management

- You have built, led and scaled commercially successful sales teams in the past in successful/impactful companies

- You have a strong interest in the digitization of the French food industry, the ability to relate to supplier’s day-to-day workflows and pain points, and are passionate to transform the industry with us
