WHAT WILL YOU DO ?

Our Head of Sales, US is a crucial component to ensuring the US region meets its growth goals for this year.  You will work directly with the US General Manager, hiring, building, and scaling our sales teams to unprecedented levels. You will lead our city expansion teams to increase market share, setting ambitious targets, serving as a strategic leader, creating layers to the sales leadership, as well as mentoring and coaching sales managers.

WHAT DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?

Owning the success of our city expansion teams to achieve ambitious buyer growth goals, driving direction and strategy while thriving and adapting to change

Leading and managing sales managers and in turn ensuring the success of each sales person in the region

Hiring and developing the next generation of Chocorians to build elite performing teams

Aiding in developing organizational KPIs and OKRs based on evolving company structure and focus

Inspiring and motivating employees to push their limits in performance through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives

Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency / potential revenue streams

Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes in the market

 

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in a fast paced/high growth organization.  This means being confident in the ability to make decisions under pressure and being able to operate effectively in the face of ambiguity.

A history of excellence.  Proven ability to design, build and execute on complex high impact initiatives that have contributed to the success of an organization.

Desire to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get the job done - we are laser focused on success at a fast pace and you must embody this to be successful here.

“Big picture” thinking.  Understanding what are the most pressing needs and leading the initiative to find a solutions that satisfies all stakeholders 

Energetic, inspiring charisma. Ability to hype up teams and celebrate the wins together
