Despite the global pandemic, Choco keeps on growing. We never stopped looking for solutions - launching e-commerce supermarkets in 18 markets & flying teams to the US to launch 3 new cities. However, with vaccinations being rolled out it’s now time to get back to our core markets and focus on delivering on our long term vision - leading the world’s transition to sustainable food systems. In order to achieve this, we’re looking for excellent Inside Sales Associates to come and help us on this journey.

Our vision at Choco is to build a global, yet local, food system that is resourceful, fair to the people, and sustainable for the planet. This mission won’t be easy and will have to be divided into smaller steps. Our first step towards it is winning market share via our ordering platform that connects restaurants and suppliers and simplifies the way food is traded between them.
Thanks to our investors (COATUE, Bessemer Venture Partners, Atlantic Labs and others), we have the means to support our ambition. Our Series A(s) had great timing and has now presented us with a unique opportunity and privilege to develop valuable tools for the gastronomy industry of a post-pandemic world.
🥨 Your menu: Inside Sales 🥨
Building a new department from scratch: You will work with your manager to grow the Inside Sales department from 0 to our main growth driver for years to come.
Full ownership & accountability: You own your sales funnel from start to finish, fully accountable for the targets you & your manager set.
Be a chameleon: You will s chefs, bar managers, and restaurant owners and have to be able to adapt your pitch & personality to every one of them.
Be the glue between departments: You’ll be working hand in hand with the rest of our operations team across the globe and you'll exchange learnings on a daily basis.

On a personal level: Having ownership + responsibility will make you grow BUT it does not mean that you will do it alone, you’ll be mentored and guided by some of the Chocorians that have been here from the beginning. Hence you will never stop learning!
On a team level: The team is here for your success, to help you understand the company, our current users but also to explain to you the tools we use and some street tips and tricks. “T for team” is a reality at Choco and the only way to feel it is to experiment it!
On a company level: You’ll be joining a global company that will give you the opportunity to learn from our different expansion teams across the world and from the different functions @ HQ (BI, Product, Tech, Finance…) and a company that doesn’t hesitate (when possible) to gather everyone into amazing places for retreats to celebrate our success.
