We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing product team. You will lead Product Marketing at Choco, creating and implementing marketing strategies to improve product awareness, understanding, and adoption. 

Product Marketing is a highly cross-functional team, in this role you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and design. You will work internationally and across the entire product lifecycle, from shaping the product, to creating the go-to-market strategy, to driving adoption post-launch. 



  • Own and coordinate international product launches across all markets 
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to create and execute a winning go-to-market strategy
  • Produce marketing and educational content for internal teams and customers, liaising closely with design 
  • Create and launch marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, engagement, and retention. You will be responsible for setting, analyzing & reporting on success metrics for the campaigns you launch.
  • Advocate for the customer throughout Choco: regularly engage and understand our customers to identify their desires, needs, pain points
  • Previous experience building, hiring and mentoring other Product Marketing Managers
  • Identify, set and track objectives and KPIs for the department that help the company achieve its business goals 


  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally working with an international audience
  • You are ambitious, a self-starter, and natural collaborator
  • Proven track of record of building and optimizing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Competency in product engagement platforms such as Braze or AppCues
  • A very strong understanding of product positioning, storytelling and messaging
  • Analytical experience, working with raw data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
  • Fluency in written and spoken English 

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German, Spanish or French 
  • Previous relevant experience in food and hospitality
  • Experience implementing global initiatives in local markets
