To continue scaling growth, Chime is seeking an action-oriented Brand Media Specialist to join our Growth Marketing team. The Brand Media Specialist will assist in the development & execution of brand media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and maximize ROI. This role will play a crucial part in shaping our brand’s media presence and ensuring consistency across all brand media channels. This role will also be responsible for the execution of programmatic, social media, audio, and other paid brand media activities. The Specialist will work cross-functionally to keep teams informed of the overall campaign strategy, reporting, and ensure timelines are met. You will utilize effective project management skills, along with storytelling, communication, and organizational skills to support Chime’s integrated marketing process.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $82,620 and up to $129,150.00 . Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. In this role, you can expect to

  • Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive brand media & measurement strategies aligned with overall brand objectives and target audience demographics.
  • Work collaboratively with the in-house media team and partner with media agencies to develop & execute media plans, including but not limited to audio, OOH, programmatic, and digital.
  • Execute, monitor, and analyze media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future initiatives.
  • Manage campaign trafficking requests and collection of all campaign needs prior to launch.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and messaging. Continuously optimize creative assets to maximize impact and resonate with target audiences.
  • Maintain active communication with key internal partners, attending relevant meetings, crafting presentations, reports, and more to ensure collaborators have up-to-date information on all media campaigns under management.
  • Develop new processes and find opportunities to evolve current ones to improve the way we work cross functionally with the goal of delivering even greater value to the business.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in brand media in an in-house capacity
  • Working knowledge of brand lift studies, brand health trackers, standard media metrics (Reach, Frequency, CPM, CVR, CPC, CTR), and digital platform management (Meta, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, etc.)
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights.
  • Working understanding of the typical processes and tools applied by strategy, planning, and buying teams across multiple media types
  • Utmost agility leading multiple team members and multiple priorities, balancing short and long term needs and implications
  • Effective verbal and visual communication skills and can use those to tell a story and drive action
  • Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
