- Mental Health Therapist II - $27.08/hr. - $56,326.40 annually (Master’s Degree)
- LCSW/LPC/LMFT: $30.91/hr - $31.41/hr
- Spanish Differential: $2.50/hr

POSITION SUMMARY: This is a full- time, 12-month, clinical position located at both Hill Middle School & Ellis Elementary School. The qualified applicant will have at least 2 years of mental health therapy provision experience post graduate degree. The successful candidate will have experience working with school age children. Both licensed (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) and Spanish speaking strongly preferred.
Shift & Hours: This is a full-time opportunity split between Hill Middle School & Ellis Elementary School. This role will observe standard office hours (Monday to Friday).
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide psychological evaluations/problem identification, crisis interventions, and individual, group, and/or family therapy and some telehealth therapy to assigned clients.
- Provide case management services to clients as needed or assigned.
Develop treatment plans; monitor treatment progress and follow-up at disposition times. - Assist clients with psychological development, social development, and rehabilitation.
- Coordinate client's use of other WellPower programs and outside community resources.
Coordinate medication/medicinal needs of clients with psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical sources. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical records consistent with WellPower standards.
- Participate in team/department meetings, in-services, and supervisory sessions as required.
- Perform 27-10 (M-1) “mental health hold” evaluations.
- Maintain a trauma informed environment of wellbeing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or similar field. Current license as a LCSW/LPC/LMFT in the State of Colorado preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical social work setting post gradudate degree. Experience working with moderate to severe and persistently mentally ill populations. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Experience with students on the spectrum and ABA a plus.
