About the Role:
Chief is seeking an experienced Product leader to lead the product teams responsible for Chief’s portfolio of member-facing products, including Core and our suite of Community products. You will shape the product strategy and roadmap for our key products, identify opportunities for us to improve member experience. This role is critical to setting the strategic direction for our products, organizational structure of our teams, and will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
What you’ll do:
- Drive the cohesive product strategy and direction for Chief’s member-facing products
- Build, grow, and lead a team of senior product managers
- Identify new opportunities and areas of investment to build innovative products
- Define product roadmaps and execution strategies leveraging insights, data, and business needs
- Define clear measurable goals to ensure teams are set up for success
- Build deep relationships and partnerships across the company to gain alignment on strategy and execution
- Drive best practices to guide the team and establish ways of working as a product-led organization
What you’ve done and enjoy doing:
- Extensive experience managing and building well-loved products, ideally in a B2C context
- Experience leading product teams with proven ability to hire and grow talent
- Experience operating in ambiguity with a proven track record of building products that have clear impact to the business
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Deep experience leveraging data to make informed decisions with proven ability to set clear and measurable objectives
- Strong product intuition, showcasing deep user empathy in everything you do
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills to bring complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks
- Proven track record in building collaborative partnerships across multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
