About the Role:  

 The Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing - Funnel Optimization will own the journey from applicant to Chief member. Our pipeline is made up of the most senior executive women in leadership and your role will focus on developing the nurture strategy, content and experience that increases the percentage and likelihood of qualified applicants who become Chief Members. The ideal candidate lives and breathes analytics. You will own the metrics from qualified lead to interview booked. From defining the problems, identifying insights, owning the levers, and building strategies and programs, you are responsible for creating high-impact solutions to meet Chief’s business objectives. You are passionate about email conversion, endlessly curious about a/b testing, and a skilled cross-functional communicator. 

Curiosity and creativity are part of your process – you have perspectives on how to communicate the value of Chief’s network to drive interest and higher conversion in the prospect journey. Importantly, you understand the needs and mindset of senior leaders.The role reports directly to the Director, Growth Marketing and will work closely with the rest of the marketing team, MDR team, the product team as well as the revops team. You will be responsible for communicating the status of funnels, projects, and goals of the prospect journey to this group of stakeholders to ensure that all of their projects level up to the goals of the departments and company.

What you’ll do: 

  • Own all growth funnel optimization from lead to interview booked including testing & all conversion optimization of our funnel
  • Use Member Personas and Insights to build nurture programs that tap into the biggest drivers and needs of potential members  
  • Develop multi channel nurture strategy that warms the prospect prior to interview booked
  • Use program insights to inform operations strategy, including informing lead scoring strategy, automation, and personalization 
  • Develop robust A/B testing strategy to ensure all changes rolled out are tracked and measurable
  • Establish format and cadence to report out on the primary and secondary KPIs for the conversion stream Analytics / Reporting 
    • Present data in a clear and coherent manner that shows relationship to growth, revenue & company KPIs
  • Own any Project Management and cross-functional collaboration to drive programs forward
  • Proactively communicate innovative solutions to rest of marketing team

What you’ve done and enjoy doing:

  • Experience in increasing conversion metrics through programs owned 
  • Experience working with marketing, sales, sales operations teams to define nurture programs
  • Strong analytical skills to set measurable goals and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Deep understanding of optimization levers at different stages of the funnel
  • Experience developing testing agendas and activating A/B tests with measurable results
  • Track record of building programs not yet in place and optimizing current programs
