About the Role:
As a Membership Development Representative with Chief, your role will be instrumental in building our membership base of executive leaders. You will help us identify potential new members, work through a vetting process, and ultimately partner with a Membership Manager in growing our membership nationally.
Responsibilities:
60% of the time focused on vetting and converting prospective members to interviews held by the Membership Managers
30% of the time focused on lead generation
10% of the time focused on pipeline management
Cold calling is not a function of this role
What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of sales or sales development experience
Understanding of the corporate landscape and organizational structures across industry
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, Outreach, or Marketo
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple work streams and tasks
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proactive self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Passion for the Company’s mission, positioning, and brand
BA/BS or relevant work experience required
