Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Office Administrator for our distribution center in Pasadena, Texas.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling appointments for inbound/outbound deliveries as well as UPS & FedEx pickups
  • Handling necessary paperwork for incoming/outgoing deliveries
  • Keeping inventory of supplies and keeping stock
  • Assigning equipment to warehouse employees on a daily basis
  • Communicate important information and files to proper parties
  • Assisting the manager in any way necessary


Physical Demands and Abilities 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and to participate and contribute positively in work teams
  • Motivation - High energy - Demonstrates strong sense of urgency in approach to all work
  • Ability to multi task and to manage multiple goals and objectives to their successful conclusion
  • Works well under pressure
