We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who will ensure that our company attracts, recruits, vets, and hires employees of the highest caliber who personify our company culture and values and who fulfill our talent requirements. This individual will need to have the smarts, sophistication, and drive to hunt, pursue, properly vet, and close high caliber technical professionals who are a culture fit and who meet the high bar that we’ve set for the quality of talent we seek to join our team.

What You Will Do

  • Act as an HR Business Partner to partner with and coach Hiring Managers to properly address their needs 

  • Contribute towards Recruitment Strategy and processes as necessary  

  • Strategically forecast and gauge Chefman Talent Acquisition needs by participating in company strategy sessions and regularly meeting with company leadership and Hiring Managers 

  • Conduct detailed and thorough intake sessions to get fully immersed in the specifics of open reqs including the nuance of each available position as well as the ideal talent, experience and skill set necessary to fulfill the necessary open roles 

  • Create professional and well-constructed Job Descriptions for all open roles 

  • Utilize recruiting and networking channels and tools to publicize, promote, and attract high-caliber candidates 

  • Persistently and effectively source and review candidate resumes 

  • Research, interview, and engage candidates to carefully assess fit for open & upcoming position requirements 

  • Capably Screen, and Assess candidates’ competencies 

  • Conduct extensive and proper vetting on potential candidates to ensure they meet expectations in the long term 

  • As the first point of contact for future employees, reflect and provide ultimate first impression of company mission and culture 

  • Position Chefman as an employer of choice by effectively communicating our talent value proposition 

  • Capably communicate relevant general organization information, procedures, benefits as well as conveying potential opportunities for each respective open role to ensure a smooth onboarding process 

  • Collaborate with third party recruiting agencies and universities as deemed prudent 

  • Actively network and maintain rapport with current and future potential candidates 

  • Coordinate, schedule and arrange further screening of promising candidates with relevant management and leadership team members  

  • Follow up and recap all screening activities for a full understanding of all candidates’ applicability to relevant open roles  

  • Proactively manage salary expectations and responsibly negotiate offers on behalf of the company

  • Experience building teams within the Consumer Products category with a desire for someone coming from IoT, Housewares, or Consumer Electronics Industries 

  • Strong negotiation skills
