Partie intégrante du Service Client, le Deployment Specialist est un/une expert(e) sur les bonnes pratiques et stratégies à mettre en oeuvre pour la gestion de campagnes d’email marketing.

Le Deployment Specialist travaillera avec de nombreux clients Grands Comptes en France et à l’international et sera le premier point du contact pour le client concernant ses opérations, avec notamment la gestion de la demande client (Planning, Coordination interne, gestion des délais, validation des briefs…)

Le Deployment Specialist gère également le planning client et s’assure que les éléments sont reçus en temps et en heure.

Vous avez une expérience au sein d’un service client, dans le management et l’exécution de projet et de tâches technique et marketing dans le domaine digital.

Vous êtes capable de comprendre les différentes étapes de la gestion de projet et d’accompagner votre client tout au long du processus.

Vous êtes un excellent communiquant, très organisé et capable de gérer les priorités de manière proactive avec vos clients pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par celui-ci.

Exigence du poste

  • Expérience dans le marketing technologique, ou dans le digitale en gestion de projet.
  • Licence ou équivalent.
  • Très bon niveau d’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit
  • Orienté client, excellente organisation, bonne gestion du temps et rigueur sont requis.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en gardant à l’esprit les délais imposés par vos clients. Apprécie le travail en équipe et reste enthousiaste envers vos clients et les membres de votre équipe.
  • Compréhension des modèles relationnels de base de données, des connaissances en HTML et CSS seront un plus.

Responsabilités

Gestion de campagne

  • Gérer le process de la demande du client incluant la réception du brief, la validation de celui-ci et la vérification des planning d’exécution.
  • Garder une documentation claire de toutes les demandes clients et s’assurer de leurs exécution du début à la fin
  • Gestion quotidienne des délais et tracker la progression de vos opérations.
  • Assurer une compréhension claire et précises de la configuration technique de vos clients (Modèle de données, Flux entrants et sortants,
  • Segmentation, Canaux de communication, envoi classiques, récurrents, templates et formulaires).

Relation Client

  • Être le garant de la bonne relation client concernant la gestion de ses opérations
  • Assurer un point de liaison entre le client et les autres services internes si besoin
  • Proactif dans le process de gestion des opérations de vos clients en vous appuyant sur les bonnes pratiques et les stratégies de test à appliquer pour permettre à vos clients d’améliorer leurs performances.
  • Vous devez avoir une bonne connaissance du business de vos clients. Comprendre ce qu’il fait et pourquoi il utilise nos services et outils.
  • Être capable de gérer des rendez-vous clients et des comités de pilotages concernant les opérations réalisées par le client.

Administratif

  • Garder une documentation claire et précise de chacun de vos clients
  • S’assurer que le temps passé pour un client est tracké dans nos outils de tracking.
  • Être le garant de la facturation de ses opérations, à facturer en temps et en heure.

The Role

The Deployment Specialist is an expert in message deployment within the Cheetah Digital platform and plays a critical and essential role for the strategy, production and delivery of our clients’ email campaigns and projects. They are responsible for content updates, data management, audience segmentation, deployment configuration, scheduling and verification of each deployment. Deployment Specialists may also perform quality assurance activities. They work in coordination with a client or a Campaign Content Specialist to determine the correct content to be deployed and associate it with the right audience for deployment at the right time.

The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, efficient, dependable and a collaborative team player with a positive “can do” professional attitude. We are looking for team players who thrive working in a fast-paced, dynamic division within a large matrixed organization. Experiences with an interactive or agency background are a plus but Cross-channel Marketing will teach and provide all the necessary skills to thrive and be successful in this role. What You’ll Do

  • Manages client subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Codes and tests our client’s cross-channel marketing campaigns using HTML, CSS and other technologies as required for placement into our proprietary, web-based application.
  • Identifies ambiguity in provided assets or instructions and demands clarity
  • Prepares data extracts for handoff to client and/or team and assists client in interpreting output
  • Configures and schedules email and SMS Campaigns and confirms successful completion of activities
  • Interacts with clients as needed and answers questions regarding production status, project or application inquiries
  • Accountable for resolving client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
  • Manages our clients’ subscriber databases, including creating and updating their lists and segmenting data for targeted cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Develops and maintains robust documentation and client presentations as needed
  • Owns special projects from start to completion, with little supervision or oversight
  • Completes Quality Assurance activities as required to confirm content and copy accuracy, rendering, functionality and platform configuration perfection


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years industry experience
  • Intermediate Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for managing data and performing quantitative analysis
  • Understanding of relational database fundamentals and query tools such as Microsoft SQL Server or Microsoft Access
  • Proficiency with SQL, email compliant HTML and email platforms a plus
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data into reports a plus

  • Experience in the cross-channel marketing industry and/or client management a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a flexible and fast-paced environment
