We're on the hunt for a Strategic Account Executive who’s excited to join our growing business and solve the marketing problems of our enterprise retail customers by leveraging the unique product offerings of our Customer Engagement Suite, including but not limited to:
- Cheetah Experiences: capture first- and zero-party customer data and preference insights with interactive experiences that can be published to every digital channel
- Cheetah Loyalty: establish an emotional connection between your brand and customers through offers and exclusive rewards (Forrester Wave Loyalty Leader)
We’re not looking for just a sales executive but rather an industry expert who can guide clients in matters of loyalty marketing, data privacy and security.
As a Strategic Account Executive, with the assistance of a dedicated Sales Development Representative, you will develop new relationships with top enterprise accounts to sell Cheetah Digital’s Customer Engagement Suite in the EMEA region. You are experienced in building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic targets. You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding your quota. Must be an independent self-starter who’s willing to constantly adapt to the change of our clients and the Cheetah Digital business.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of solution sales experience selling marketing technologies to complex enterprise organizations with a focus on obtaining new business (flexible depending on strength of experience)
- Loyalty marketing experience or experience selling in retail vertical
- Entrepreneurial background with proven ability to adapt to the clients’ requests as needed
- Experience selling to C-Level executives of top enterprise businesses
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement.
- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, complex, collaborative, and team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry and role experience
