The Role

To manage calendar, milestones, deliverables, and small/medium projects

  • Serves as primary point of client interaction and escalation for campaigns and some projects

  • Organizes calendar/schedule and ensures successful completion of internal and client milestones required for accurate and efficient campaign deployment

  • Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of campaigns executed on behalf of the client and any escalation management required

  • Provides status updates and reporting on a daily or weekly basis based upon cadence established with the client

  • Accountable for completion of account specific documentation and reporting
    including campaign effort, incident metrics and quarterly compliance reporting

  • Aligns/Assigns and Mentors other members of the Campaign team

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serves as primary point of client interaction and escalation for campaigns and some small to medium sized projects related to Campaign deployment

  • Enforces and promotes adherence to defined global processes. 

  • Organizes calendar/schedule and ensures successful completion of internal and client milestones required for accurate and efficient campaign deployment

  • Accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of campaigns executed on behalf of the client and any escalation management required

  • Consistently builds and updates documentation and encourages others to support documentation efforts

  • May provide project management expertise for assigned projects including requirements gathering, milestone tracking and status reporting where a Program Manager is not aligned. If a Program Manager is aligned, this is a Program Manager responsibility.

    • Provides status updates and reporting on a daily or weekly basis based upon cadence established with the client and assures that all Opportunities and Open Air projects are ready to track time

    • Estimates campaign volume forecasts to estimate workload for team and individual

    • Owns any daily / weekly team meetings where the activity is shared & workload is divided

  • Accountable for completion of account specific documentation and reporting including campaign effort, incident metrics and quarterly compliance reporting and may assist with QBR or onsite client meetings

  • Provides advisory recommendations to client which benefit their overall marketing efforts 

  • Aligns/Assigns and Mentors other members of the Campaign team and organizes training of team members as they transition to new account(s)

  • While a Campaign Manager may not have direct people management responsibilities over other employees, they remain a critical team organizer and motivator and assure that the "Manager, Campaign Services" is aware of any issues to be addressed for members of the campaign team. They must be capable of leading and inspiring a group of individuals to serve their client(s) as part of a team. They also assist in encouraging knowledge sharing within and outside of their team(s). 

  • May temporarily perform other Campaign Services functions (with training) for coverage and/or additional oversight

  • Execution within a Cheetah Digital platform is not a requirement of the Campaign Management role but Campaign Managers are expected to understand high level platform capabilities to compare with client requirements and make suitable recommendations. For this reason, it is generally helpful if a Campaign Manager has executed campaigns in a previous role or position but it is not a requirement.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years of related experience in client services, account management, cross-channel marketing.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and other internet technologies.
  • Understanding of data structures and ability to apply best practices to client data integration and existing client databases.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for managing data and performing quantitative analysis.
  • Understanding of databases and related technology query tools like Microsoft Access.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
  • Exceptional work ethic, ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines and demonstrates enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with others inside and outside the organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
