The Role

Leveraging technology (via our new ATS Greenhouse), tapping talented internal teams to engage and engage their value add content and insight will be critical differentiators in a highly competitive, candidate driven marketplace!You’ll have a special focus on championing filing roles in our EMEA region. You will strategically balance marketing our openings and screening candidates, while further developing our employment brand and building strong internal and external talent program partnerships to deliver on our people first initiatives.You will source, attract and hire the best talent into an incredibly fast-paced, exciting, and constantly changing environment. You will partner with the business leaders to drive ambitious growth goals. What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple, high priority requisitions with a special focus on tech and product roles; owning recruiting process
  • Identifying and hiring top talent in key growth markets, by being ingrained in the local tech communities
  • Responsible for leading efforts on networking and referrals throughout the organization to help develop pipelines for anticipated talent needs
  • Establish rapport and work with hiring managers to understand business requirements and create compelling job descriptions
  • Developing and facilitating our hiring managers’ success at talent evaluation
  • Ensure communications with hiring teams through a variety of methods (e.g. reporting dashboards, emails, and live in-person meetings)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview process to develop strong relationships with candidates and provide guidance as needed for the on-boarding process
  • Demonstrate and report out on recruiting metrics effectiveness
  • Partner with HR department

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3 - 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience. Ideally a combination of agency and corporate recruiting
  • Proven track record of pipelining and engaging passive candidates in tech and product roles
  • Bilingual English and French required
  • Strong analytical, process and data driven experience a must
  • Strong ATS experience (Greenhouse experience preferred, LinkedIn sourcing skills, and Boolean searching)
  • Strong knowledge of employment branding on social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and demonstrated usage of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn required to further establish Cheetah Digital employment brand and candidate engagement
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines within a timely and efficient matter in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills
