Cheetah Digital is looking for a loyalty consultant to join the Strategic Services Group, which helps guide clients to a robust view of their marketing programs. As loyalty Consultant, you and the team will drive strategic insight for clients by analyzing their marketing programs and performance; identify gaps in the program;  and creating compelling, evidence-based business cases to fill those gaps.

To make a meaningful impact you will need both an analytical lens and the creativity to apply your insights in the best way for your clients. You will need to think about marketing, measurement, and forecasting differently. You will have a desire to answer questions not yet asked and will proactively create compelling views of the marketing industry and the evaluations within it.

Your daily activities will be:

  • Serve as loyalty lead and expert in support of Marketing Consulting team, helping drive strategy to exceed clients’ business needs
  • Work collaboratively across functions, partnering with Loyalty Product Management,  Services & Support, and Sales Engineering
  • Manage and support client loyalty engagements at peer client levels
  • Data interpretation & storytelling
  • Identify client’s true intent with loyalty, CRM; perform analysis, effectively diagnose, and drive toward the solution
  • Create presentations for client meetings, business reviews, specific projects, and marketing materials
  • Evangelize Strategic Services, Marketing Consulting, & loyalty offerings in business context, to solve challenging client needs
  • Identify new and unique analytical opportunities by challenging conventional marketing loyalty and tactics
  • Assist client account teams in providing up to date industry analysis, news, and trends
  • Advise clients on CRM, database, reporting needs and assisting in the creation of dashboards, ad-hoc reports, and other custom requests
  • Develop forecasting and predictive models that will demonstrate current vs future state for proposed marketing programs
  • Design tests and analyze results for marketing campaigns and programs based on the methodology best suited for the use case
  • Help your clients become wildly successful, by leveraging your skills in elegantly combining marketing strategy and loyalty
  • Domestic travel will be required (up to 20%)

Your required qualifications for this role

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong analytical background with  focus on engagement loyalty programs
  • Experience with best practices in loyalty
  • 5+ years of loyalty or marketing experience, ideally managing loyalty business on the brand side across channels
  • Excellent presentation / communication skills and ability to work with marketing consulting, sales and client services teams as well as technology groups
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with regression analysis and tactics (linear, multiple, poisson, logistic, etc.)
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
