The Solution Consultant is responsible for driving revenue for New & Existing Business as a trusted advisor and solution specialist in partnership with sales teams. This individual will understand client business goals, challenges and opportunities, map the solutions with a mix of relevant technologies and services, and help our clients achieve their goals.
What You'II Do
- Work with clients and prospects to discover and identify their challenges and opportunities
- Design effective and efficient solutions utilizing Cheetah Digital products and services geared towards the client’s desired outcome, thoroughly understanding business and technical challenges of the client companies and leveraging the expertise of digital marketing and a vast range of technologies.
- Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Services teams to ensure the success of every client deals, leveraging internal resources/insight and collecting feedback. With the clients, make presentations and deliver solution demonstrations which aligns with the customer’s strategies and business needs.
- Blessed with the opportunity to build trustworthy relationships with the key decision maker leaders of leading client companies
- Full of development opportunities through connections and partnership with top global consultants across Australia, Asia, EMEA & America.
- Cross-functional collaborating skills and must enjoy the opportunities to partner with every function of business: Sales Success, Services, Marketing, and Product.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record of pre-sales roles in a fast-paced and ever-changing business environment
- Experience of building and sustaining strong business relationships operating as a trusted advisor both internally and externally
- Demonstration of strong understanding of digital marketing cloud industry, trends, best practices, and competitive landscape
- Expertise in Software As A Services (SAAS) and products, and a vast knowledge of the cutting-edge products, web services
- Proficiency of consulting frames and simplifying complex information or concept into easily-grasped picture
- Prior management experience with internal & external relationship building
- Team player
- Strategic thinker with creative/ good problem solving skill
- Strong communication skill – oral & written (i.e. storytelling, workshop facilitation)
- Comfort with presenting to senior level executive
- Product demonstration magician
- Technology skills: basic understanding of digital marketing technologies, database concepts, mobile technologies and customer experience
- Strong passion for strategically growing our clients marketing success
- Change agent showing flexibility in ambiguous situations
- Ownership, self-starter who proactively takes their own initiative
- Resilience and tenacity to drive results in the middle of complex business challenges
