Our Quality & Training team is proactive, intuitive, and dynamic in the sense that we work cross-functionally with different departments in the company, including Legal and Product. Informed and organized, our team loves using our audit data to drive improvements in knowledge management and team development.
Perform routine audits of calls, emails, and various workflows on a team of 15-20 in-house representatives and 15-20 outsourced representatives
Provide coaching, advice and guidance based on audit findings, and deliver performance feedback to Applicant Support Representatives
Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of policies, procedures, and processes across different workflows
Collaborate with team to provide input and assist with the development of additional trainings and material
Participate in monthly calibration sessions with team leaders and managers
Identify new opportunities to improve current processes and implement change
1+ years of support center experience
1+ years of quality assurance experience
Ability to provide impartial and specific coaching/feedback based on defined desired results
Attention to detail and extremely well organized
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
