Product Operations Manager

 

The Role:

As a Product Operations Manager at Chartbeat, you will play a pivotal role in driving our success. Your responsibilities will include streamlining internal communication, prioritizing bug fixes, analyzing user feedback, orchestrating in-app messaging for enhanced product growth, and overseeing early access programs.

A crucial part of your position will involve analyzing product and feature performance metrics to ensure they align with key performance indicators (KPIs), empowering data-driven decision-making. Join our collaborative teams and help elevate Chartbeat's product excellence to unprecedented levels!

Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor performance metrics to ensure products and features are meeting their KPIs. Utilize these insights to identify trends, potential areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
  • Consolidate and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to shape the evolution of the product roadmap.
  • Implement and manage a scalable system for customer communication through in-app messaging, ensuring efficient and effective interaction.
  • Coordinate internal communication regarding project progress, feature releases, and dependencies.
  • Manage the proper escalation and prioritization of bugs.
  • Devise and execute essential processes that facilitate the growth of our products.
  • Fully design, implement, and manage early access programs.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience in a cross-functional capacity within technology or operations, placing special focus on creating and executing process improvements.
  • Experience leveraging product tools such as Pendo, ProductBoard, or LaunchDarkly.
  • Experience building positive relationships across an organization -- be that with a development team, design, product marketing and client-facing teams, or users themselves.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy in tracking and reporting of product metrics and customer feedback.
  • Basic project management skills, allowing for efficient coordination of tasks and timely delivery of projects.
  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  • While prior experience in a similar role is not mandatory, a passion for technology, digital products, and a basic understanding of product development processes would be advantageous.
