Company Overview
CCG is a technology company focused on equipping customers with the capabilities and support to conduct intelligent and successful cyber operations. We do this by finding the most talented engineers and operators in the country, give them some of the most challenging problems facing the US government, and help them unleash their creativity and problem-solving skills. Excellence is our standard and mission success is our metric.

Role
In this position you will facilitate the Talent Acquisition process for a high performing tech company that supports a variety of government customers. You will support our CNO Engineering and Vulnerability Research teams and be empowered to identify, engage with, and assess top tier engineers at all levels of professional experience.  You will be responsible for working closely with technical directors to execute a collaborative interview/assessment process and to provide all candidates with an excellent experience regardless of whether they end up with an offer or not. Our small team executes the entire recruiting lifecycle from sourcing candidates all the way through their first day.

In addition to supporting full time hiring needs, this position will also be responsible for supporting our college recruiting efforts. We currently engage with four core schools and conduct info sessions, career fairs, on campus interviews, student club engagements, and unique development opportunities throughout the year. You won’t be responsible for all of that at all of those schools though. Each school has a sponsor from the talent acquisition team, the engineering team, and in some cases, the leadership team. Your role will be to support one of our core schools, measure the success of our program at each school, and provide logistics and coordination support for the other sponsors.

In addition to a great compensation and benefits package for yourself we will support you by facilitating a 75th percentile compensation theory and a benefits package that you won’t feel like you are “selling.” If you thrive in a high touch recruiting environment and want to be a part of an organization that values talent density over simply filling a position with a body, then come stand out by blending in with Chameleon Consulting Group.

Responsibilities
  • Execute a full life cycle recruiting process - sourcing through a new hire's day one
  • Source for other technical groups if your req load is light
  • Identify and build relationships with top tier engineers, computer scientists, and developers
  • Ensure all candidates are well informed and comfortable during the recruiting process
  • Work with technical directors and project/program leaders to identify and quantify requirements for positions
  • Execute and refine recruiting workflows that are unique to each technical group - ie Software Engineer interviews are different than DevOps Engineer interviews
  • Leverage internal and external salary data to construct competitive offers that maintain equity across the organization
  • Maintain all candidates in an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)

Required Qualifications
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance (note, only US Citizens are eligible for security clearances)
  • 2 - 4 years executing full lifecycle recruiting to include offer development and negotiation
  • 2 years of technical recruiting supporting a Software Engineering or Cyber Security team
  • 2 years of experience sourcing or recruiting cleared technical professionals
  • 1 year of experience as a Sourcer at a larger tech company OR 1 year as an Agency Recruiter
  • A desire to learn and stay ahead of advances or changes to relevant technologies
  • Fanatic organization and attention to detail
  • A non-negotiable standard for EXCELLENCE

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years recruiting for a government contractor with knowledge of OFCCP and more importantly, where to go to find answers to OFCCP questions
  • 2-4 years recruiting engineers
  • Experience supporting college recruiting
  • Experience executing a structured interview process
  • Previous experience navigating an OFCCP audit

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
