Role Summary

Senior Marketing Specialist role will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategy through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. The Senior Marketing Specialist will lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns to engage targeted clients, optimize conversion funnels, and maximize revenue. Ultimately, this role will focus on crafting and executing marketing strategies to drive meetings and leads. Responsibilities encompass identifying new business prospects, expanding existing client relationships and generating opportunities for 3x company sales goals.

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities  

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to find and engage new clients across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM and field marketing.
  • Drive key business metrics including leads, MQLs, and SQLs.
  • Increase sales and revenue for the business by attracting and converting high-quality leads through email, field marketing, social, and digital campaigns.
  • Plan and execute the marketing strategy focused on targeted clients.
  • Optimize our marketing’s conversion paths and drive marketing-qualified leads 
  • Attracting and engaging potential clients through the creation and distribution of valuable content, experiences, and resources (inbound marketing)
  • Keep up with new revenue-focused digital technologies, trends, and best practices in digital marketing
  • Demand generation: Create a consistent stream of leads and opportunities that can be handed over for further cultivation and closure.
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts directly to the growth team and develop efficiency metrics.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  • Build strong relationships with digital partners such as influencers, publishers, and ad networks that are designed to drive revenue growth.


Competencies 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and/or growth marketing.
  • 7+ years of proven software consultancy or digital agency experience. 
  • Should have strategic insight and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Strong experience with HubSpot, Zoominfo, Clay and other marketing/lead gen platforms.
  • Knowledge of the various marketing channels and technologies leveraging AI.
  • Highly analytical and results-oriented person.
  • Ability to build marketing and sales programs for growth. 
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a focus on driving results.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be open to travel (>25%)
